THE WORKOUT

  • WARM UP

    You’ll start with a dynamic warm-up, then move into explosive power work, think jumping and slamming.

  • STRENGTH

    From there, we hit the major lifts to build strength.

  • auxiliary

    Next comes the auxiliary phase, coached through EMOM, AMRAP, or circuit formats to keep things varied and effective.

  • burnout

    We finish with a MetCon burnout, your chance to push the pace and test your limits.
